Fixed a bug in YM2151 emulation causing wrong output (noise) if decoded in multiple threads. This mainly affect conversion of .vgm files.

Made show a proper error message if trying to write ReplayGain information to SPC files without APE tags toggled on.
Supported processor architectures: x86 32-bit, x86 64-bit.
Works with foobar2000 v1.6 and newer
